Hello!

I’m Wei, a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) by the PA State Board of Medicine and am a nationally certified Diplomate of Acupuncture (Dipl.Ac) by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

I was graduated from the Acupuncture major from the Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in China. My alma mater possesses the highest reputation in acupuncture around the world. It is WHO Collaborating Center for Traditional Medicine designated by the World Health Organization, and is International Acupuncture Training Center approved by the Ministry of Health and is one of the first advanced Chinese Medicine institutions authorized by the Ministry of Education to enroll international students.

I earned both of my Bachelor's Degree and my first Master's Degree in the Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. Eight years of training in my college endowed me with solid knowledge and comprehensive skills about acupuncture. After graduation in 2005, I worked as a physician in the integrative department at the hospital for six years. The busy job promoted my acupuncture technique and developed my logical approach to solving clinical problems.

Besides, during my professional practice, I was becoming firmly convinced that HEALTH AND WELLNESS ARE THE TREASURE FOR EVERYONE and they rely heavily on our healthy lifestyle. My passion for human well-being made me pursue my second Master's degree in the University of Pittsburgh. Now, I delightfully graduated from the school of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in Pitt. I'd like to offer the holistic healing to my clients by integrating my up-to-date knowledge with my traditional Chinese medical theory.

My career as an Acupuncturist has been and continues to be a pursuit of passion! I truly look forward to sharing this compassionate, effective healing method with you; and like many others, you may respond well to the holistic approach Acupuncture offers.
